::I want to express a complaint about the poor service received this afternoon. In the morning I went to consult about kinesiology sessions for pelvic floor treatment. They gave me an appointment with Lic. Francisco Tejada at 3:20 p.m. I was there at 15.10. The secretaries confirmed the shift and told me where to wait. I did it like that. At 3:50 p.m. I got up to ask if the professional was in the clinic since there had been no movement in said office. The secretary told me that he was there because she had seen him go by. But he didn't bother to find out or look for him to clarify the situation. At 16:10 I decided to cancel the shift and leave. I clarify that I am 71 years old, I am respectful of schedules and commitments, therefore I expect the same treatment from other people. I consider what happened today to be a total lack of respect and consideration. What can I expect from such a person? So… each shift could be an unknown odyssey… I think that sign at the entrance is “great” for that little graduate… he can say a lot there but he and those secretaries lack human quality and professionalism. I know that the clinic generally has very good professionals, but this is not the case… Therefore, I clarify that they are going to have the worst publicity for me as of today. Our poor Argentina will only be able to grow when each one complies as it should with what corresponds to it and learns to value and respect others. Thank you!
