  We had been made aware of theft in South American countries before our trip, and had been very careful during our cruise, and touring in South America. After arriving in Buenos Aires, the last port of our cruise, we engaged Ricardo’s company to pick us up at the port, and drop us off at the airport, after a 4 hour tour of Buenos Aires. We were told that they were a reputable tour company. Natalia and her driver met us at the port, and we proceeded on our tour. We were not aware that our driver would be dropping us off with Natalia to tour on foot, while he disappeared with our luggage for extended periods of time. Both Driver and Tour Guide dropped us off to buy souvenirs, and disappeared with the car, (and our luggage), arriving to pick us up 30 minutes later. Several items, including jewelry and souvenirs, that we know were in our luggage before the tour, were missing after the tour. We contacted Ricardo, and he was most unhelpful in helping us recover our missing items. Had we known then what we know now, we would never have selected this tour company. You might want to consider another tour company.
