My son undergoes orthodontic treatment, every time he goes they show people who are behind him; On top of that, the materials come out all the time (he complies with everything the orthodontist asks of him) they tell him in a bad way that he does not comply, they take advantage of the fact that he is 15 years old. They told him for the arrangement of a bracket that it was a sum of money, when he went to pay it they told him that it was a larger sum and then they urged him to take the difference at that very moment, hurrying it. They also told us that the association was for 1 year and it turns out that they want to charge us now that 6 months have just passed. It is not the first time that I have seen them say one thing and then want to do another, I have seen it with other patients. They have a problem with several patients because of the money issue. Appalling.
