  Really poor service here. The rooms are large and spacious. But at check-in they insisted on making us wait until the exact start of check-in time despite being a large hotel, then took a huge group and checked them all in before us, taking 45 minutes. Service in the restaurant was equally terrible. The location is quite far from the city centre - they do have a shuttle but it runs at the most inconvenient times. Avoid.

  Hotel é uma obra de arte, para mim é um ponto turístico de El Calafate... Ótimo custo benefício.

  Buena atención. Buena comida del resto. excelente vista al lago. No funciona el sauna húmedo

  Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern auf den See ist fantastisch. Nur dafür die Sterne. Ein Shuttleservice zum Ort wäre allerdings hilfreich, da das Hotel völlig abgelegen liegt. Das Speisenangebot ist unterdurchschnittlich, evtl. ist der europäische Geschmack etwas anders. Das Servicepersonal ist absulut überfordert bzw. völlig unqualifiziert.
