On the website and on Whatsapp they inform that the opening hours are until 2:00 p.m. Arriving 2 and a half hours before closing time, isn't that enough? If they are not going to be able to guarantee attention they should take turns. I hope you take this comment into account and improve your attention. It was the first time I went and I don't plan on going back.
