They canceled your shift , they never told me . I ran into that shift. Lack of empathy and respect with the patient, the secretary calling me heart. And I add that they did not seek a solution to a problem that they had , not me . Terrible her attitude and the endocrinologist to whom I am teaching I do not recommend. I would like to add that I am not going to pay privately and wait at a time that was not mine, on top of that they lie!

::The woman who works or who claims to work in the afternoon shift is unpleasant, humiliating and it is seen that what she likes least is being with people. They should leave her somewhere else where she feels comfortable. From what I see in the answers, it also handles this area. So if you are not the owner, you should skip responding with the same attitude. I stopped going to the professional because of her rudeness.

::Terrible attention from the blonde receptionist in the afternoon. He was upset because I arrived 30 minutes before the shift supposedly due to the COVID issue and there were only 2 people waiting in the office. There are better ways to talk. Unfortunately I didn't read the comments. But I'm sure I won't be back...... in response to your comment: yes...you can see that everyone here is missing the truth and you are the only one who is right...the vast majority of us think the same for a reason. How weird isn't it!!!!

::I asked for an appointment and they gave me 17 45 and they told me that I was not registered, they gave me an appointment and made me wait 1 hour and a half. And I went to complain to the receptionist and I show her that I was written down because I scheduled it and she tells me you are not registered here if you want I can cancel it. Terrible the treatment they give to the patient seems like a hospital, I never go back.

::Call to ask for an appointment that you do not logically take; Completely rude and disrespectful the telephone service lady in the afternoon. Totally intolerant. I find it sad that a medical center treats you so, so badly. Regrettable.
