  If you have to describe a place where I have felt mistreated and that not only disrespected me, but also my daughter, it is this place. I called for the morning to make an appointment and the woman who attended me gave me an appointment for 2:15 p.m. When I arrived, the same person attended to me, told me that the appointment was not there, that it could not be, she verbally abused me and tried to physically bully me in front of my daughter. Apparently I'm not the first person this has happened to, but in the absence of a complaint book or a manager, this is something that comes to nothing. So IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED, GO TO THE SANTA ROSA CLINICS, CLOSE TO THE BANK.
