  After several years of searching, contacting many doctors and not feeling comfortable, I came across Andrés profile which immediately felt right. I became acquainted with his methods and realized the genuine passion and artistic eye is what I needed to feel I'm in good hands. From the initial intake, reception, clinic, recovery and post-op care, my personal experience has been completely positive. Andrés and his team are committed to my best outcome and experience. And this shows all-around. The office is lovely and in an appealing and safe location. Andrés and his receptionist are very articulate-English isn't an issue. Also, the Clinic and personnel is top calibre. I was further put at ease by the comprehensive pre-op tests and how Andrés is so highly regarded by his colleagues. Andrés open communication and honest opinions along with outstanding credentials, great reviews and much experience told me I'd made the best choice. I came alone but have never felt alone. All through this process Andrés is always available, very approachable and contacts me about my progress, which is very good. I had no residual effects from anaesthetic, no pain, no bleeding, minimal bruising. The breast implant incisions are imperceptible, invisible. My eyelids healed within days. I'm planning my next procedures and costs are far less than in my country. I have no uncertainties around referring my loved ones to Andrés. I expected a good outcome and my expectations have been greatly exceeded. Thank You Andrés!   Dr. Andres Freschi is one of the best plastic surgeons in the world. I traveled all the way from the Island of Kauai in Hawaii to Buenos Aires, Argentina just to have this Advanced type of Facial Rejuvenation procedure called The Composite Deep Plane Facelift. What intrigued me to Dr. Andres Freschi's practice was the fact that he is highly trained in this procedure with years of experience performing it and is now teaching this type of facelift to other Plastic Surgeons from around the world. The Composite Deep Plane Facelift goes deeper into the facial anatomy than the traditional facelift technique known as the SMAS Facelift done by most plastic surgeons. Currently, there are only about 30 or 40 Plastic Surgeons in the entire World that perform this much Longer Lasting more Natural Youthful looking Facelift. In the USA to have this same type of facelift technique done by one of the few surgeons that do it there would have cost me over double the price of what Dr. Freschi charged me in Buenos Aires. He did the Facelift with Fat transfer to the periorbital Eye area and to my nose bridge area (instead of a nose job). He did a perfect job and I am so happy with the results!! I call Dr. Andres Freschi "Prince Andres" as now since having surgery with him I can go home to Kauai and live "Happily Ever After at 62 years young!! Dr. Freschi has so much Passion for his work! It so obvious when you meet him that he loves what he does! He is so nice and easy to communicate with as he speaks the english language perfectly. He's professional and when you meet him you feel like you've known him forever!

  I had an over the muscle breast augmentation in January with Dr. Freschi and it was the best decision. Not only do they look completely natural, my healing was so smooth and my incisions are almost impossible to find He was very knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions over the entire year I was asking them before I had my procedure. He was also very reassuring, making me feel much more comfortable with the surgery then I thought I could have ever been (this was my first surgery ever). His office is very nice and accessible, the hospital the procedure was done in was also wonderful, my room was nicer than some hotels. I would highly reccomend Dr. Freschi, I will definately be going back to see him in the future.

  Went and had gynecomastia surgery with andres. Very happy with the results. He and his whole team made me feel welcome in a different country and completely at ease. Would highly recommend anyone considering surgery to get in touch with Dr freschi

  If you are looking for an extremely skilled plastic surgeon, with a wonderfully honed aesthetic eye, Dr Andres Freschi is the right surgeon for you. Not only that, he's very generous with his time, kind, and understanding. As well, he has perfect command of English, spoken and written. Dr. Freschi performed reconstructive surgery on my lower and upper eyes, and gave me my eyes back. For many years, I hated to look in the mirror and have pictures taken due to a long ago poorly performed blepharoplasty. Dr. Freschi fixed two unsightly skin flaps, a job two other very experienced Canadian surgeons practicing in Vancouver were unable to repair, and he (Dr. Freschi) gave me new eyelids. In the previous surgery too much skin was removed giving me very shallow to non-existent eyelids. Now when I look in the mirror I really like what I see - a "real" refreshed me! Now I'm in the process of recovering from a deep plane facelift. The results already are spectacular, very little bruising or pain. I can't wait to see the final result. I highly recommend Dr. Freschi. I don't think you will find a more skilled, or kind surgeon. One who wants only the best for you! Susan N. Stanley Vancouver British Columbia, Canada
