  Horrible treatment of the secretary if so it can be called. A totally rude and aggressive woman. They should punish her for the way she addresses people so disparagingly. There is always polite in life. I am sorry that such a person works in this place. In any case, because more than one complains, this place does not change and neither do the people.   For me the best clinic to do the psychophysicist in a particular way. You go to one of the trucker and they treat you like a garbage. Here always very good attention and I read comments ... my humble opinion is that if one goes with kindness and respect ... one will be treated with dignity. Truckers are used to being constantly on guard. But guys I recommend it 👌
