  An incredible experience, from the check in to the check out. A small hotel but do not think that it is negative, it is very positive. You can get close to the people that work in, they will help you with everything and everytime that you need. By the end, it is a real 4 stars hotel.

  Excellent English speaking staff. Breakfast is Buffett style. Rooms are cozy. Spa is the best part of the hotel. A must use every day.

  Friendly and welcoming staff. This was our first hotel at the start of our honeymoon and they somehow got wind of this and left us some chocolates to congratulate us. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing they could improve on is perhaps the breakfast offering.

  Wonderful boutique hotel in Polermo. Noah and the staff are unbelievably great and make you feel special from the moment you arrive. The Duque is very close to great dining, shopping, and the Subte Metro. The rooms are a bit small, but are beautifully designed and very comfortable. Free breakfast and a spa were welcome extras.
