  A complete disaster! They "forgot" to prepare my order, which I had paid in advance (Pedidos Ya). I managed to have lunch two hours later (4 pm) than the time indicated by them (2 pm), only after going to the restaurant because they would not pick up the phone. Not even a free dessert as compensation. Worst service ever!
