  By phone I asked for a consultation and when I arrived they told me that they only attended orthodontics that day. They didn't apologize to me. The person who attended me told me that I had requested orthodontics, how am I going to do that if I go for a cleaning. They gave me a new shift for the weekend of January. Unprofessional it seems.

  Absolutely disrespectful. Unpresentable. I went for the assigned shift and upon arrival he told me that it was canceled. They didn't even tell me. They have my cell phone. Absolute lack of professionalism. They should be terminated as a provider.

  I am more than grateful for the time, patience and dedication with which I carried out my orthodontic treatment. I have been to many places where they have paid me very expensive fees and they did not guarantee results. I was lucky enough to be recommended to Dr. Olivera, who from the beginning of the treatment told me about the possibilities of my case and a week ago I finished my treatment and I am happy with my results, I did not think that at 40 years of age I would could modify something.
