  Simplemente pase por la oficina pero no usé sus servicios la oficina desde afuera parece agradable aunque los precios un poco altos

  En este momento estoy en Europcar. Me iban a entregar el auto en Aeroparque, pero me llamaron 2 hrs antes para decirme que lo tenía que ir a buscar a Puerto Madero. Llego y me dicen que tengo que esperar a que traigan el auto. Ningún tipo de atención por sus errores.

  This is the most unreliable rent a car company in Buenos Aires. My advise look for other company.

  Atencion al cliente? Nulo. NO USES EUROPCAR ARGENTINA. Son unos ladrones.

  DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS GUYS. I rented a car at Cordoba airport. I asked the attendant Lucio, which was the package with more insurance coverage. He indicated me one that I paid 900 US dollars (16,000 pesos) as caution money. On the way to Alta Gracia I got a hail storm, and the car was left with small balls on the hoof and the hood. Soon after that, I went to the agency and then to three tinsmiths who provided a budget per fly of 8,000 pesos. When I returned the car, I was told that they would contact me via e-mail about the charge on the caution money deposit. This week they debited from my card the full amount of 16,000 pesos and did not even justify the amount of the charge. Company with abusive practices.
