  Chose not to buy their insurance, as my credit cards provide it. For that they needed to block an amount of +/- USD 6,000. I accepted, but for some strange reason none of my credit cards seemed to work for that (In the meantime spoke to my banks and everything was right with my cards, and they didn't see any attempt to charge). That meant that I had to buy their insurance, as the car couldn't leave the agent either without their insurance, or the USD 6,000 blocked in my card. Of course the card worked perfectly at the time of paying the insurance provided by them. As a result of that, the cost of the car more than doubled, which was finally more expensive than other car rentals. This had never happened in any other place before. I consider this to be a SCAM. So take care to compare this agency with others adding the cost of their insurance, as they will charge it anyway.

  Trato lamentable: estuve 4 horas hasta poder salir con el coche del aeropuerto: con dos niños pequeños, mi mujer descompuesta, no me entregaban el auto porque no funcionaban los pagos con Mastercard. Ofrecí pagar la garantía en efectivo, no quisieron. Ofrecí pagar con la tarjeta de un amigo, se negaron. Tuvo que venir un amigo desde 30kms para pagar con su tarjeta VISA. Tenía reservadas 2 sillas para mis hijos, y me dijeron que no les constaba en la reserva. Desastroso todo, 0 voluntad de resolverme el problema, fueron todos problemas, y recién pude irme cuando vino un amigo a pagar con su tarjeta. Lamentable trato, alquilé con Europcar para no tener problemas... y todo fueron problemas. Nunca más por mi parte. Espero ahora que le devuelvan a mi amigo el 100% del dinero en depósito: devolví el coche lavado, impecable y con el tanque lleno, cuando se me entregó con poco más de la mitad del tanque. Si no es así, van a tener noticias mías.
