  If the optician loses the medical order, they make you eat 1 hour and a half to wait for the time it takes for the doctor to write the same previous order. Instead of doing it in an "express" way like in any other medical organization. They told me "it was next". Liars. I've been seeing the same doctor for 10 years and he can't take 3 minutes (he knew he was going to take that, because they told him)

  Very good professionals, I attended last year. I put 2 stars, because I have been wanting to take a shift for more than 3 months and the administrative staff NEVER answer the phone, you send wp, and neither; and when they answer you, you send the data, and they ask you to write again next month.

  A disaster the attention to be able to ask for an appointment was hell, for what's less forget and I went the other day with an appointment I arrived perfectly but the admission queue made Dr. Otero (badly educated) leave and being the next to have to stick to it without notifying us that it was left us there are two hours yes. Nobody saw that the disrespectful left us there ..... without tdnddfnos
