::A disaster the issue of shifts. They told me in mid-April that they gave an appointment for the otolaryngology the second week of May for the third, and today they tell me that they give it the last of the month for the next month, because they did not know about the census holiday (?) and that it has no way of notifying because it does not have a record of patients who consult for a specific doctor (?). How in the middle of 2022 there is no way to notify? YOU MAKE A WHATSAPP STATUS, at least most will find out! What they did to me seems terrible to me, as if I wanted to take a shift for fun to go to the doctor. Update: They contacted me by phone to explain to me how their way of working is in general and about shifts, which can be understood, unforeseen events always arise and more so in the current context, and I was able to express to them that the issue is When these things happen, social networks can be used (whatsapp status, IG stories) to communicate to patients that we have been waiting for shifts for weeks and that it is not necessary for them to review the messages of each one who consults one by one, as I had been told before, clearly that is impossible. They took my suggestion and I take their apologies.

::Terrible attention. The guys at the entrance are kind and patient. They say that the analyzes are for one day, and when you go to pick them up they tell you that they will be the next day... what if you had an appointment with the doctor for that day? The doctor who does the stress tests attended to 6 people in front of me, and I had my turn at 8:30. The radiologist did my husband's chest x-ray over mine, so she had to do it again... and so on... a disaster. I continue with the clinical doctor because it seems good to me, but I suggest doing the studies elsewhere.
