  The receptionists are rude, unfriendly. I had taken my son with covid very badly. They are health mercenaries after the bad experience I had there. At the km 32 hospital they treated us very well, they gave us medication and treated us with great respect.

  A shame!!!! My mom went to pick up a prescription for me at the Casanova branch and they charged her $350. When you shouldn't charge, they never charged me for a prescription and even less so that I have the social work that covers it. much less say that I attended a medical consultation. Since my mana I present my ID and my card accordingly. As my mother is an elderly person who never goes, she did not know that she did not have to pay and they charged her the most normal thing that is not like that!!!! I want a solution now. I call by phone and they hang up. They do not attend

  Lousy attention! They did an endoscopy wrong, they never took responsibility. They laugh in your face when you complain. Zero professionalism on the part of everyone who works in the clinic, from security to the gastroenterologist. A disaster.

  Desastre! Mi mamá estuvo internada la semana pasada porque estaba hinchada no le encontraron nada le dieron el alta el martes el viernes a la noche se descompensa y en la clínica murió!!!!!! Como puede ser si según la médica estaba bien, no sabían porque estaba así hinchada, cuando me acerco a reconocerla me dicen ya la reconocieron los hijos! Y no la hija era yo les dije hay un error ,quiero sus pertenencias... Y ya se las habían entregado a otro pariente... Cosas de valor que desaparecieron porque son incompetentes de darle las pertenencias de un fallecido a cualquiera. La verdad no vayan ,no lleven a sus parientes es de terror.
