  THE TRUTH IS A DISASTER , I AM PERMANENTLY FIGHTING WITH THIS BANK BECAUSE THEY CHARGE ME A COMMISSION WHICH THEY SHOULD NOT , IF THEY WANT NOT TO DENY GO TO ANOTHER BANK , THEY CHARGE YOU EVEN THE AIR YOU BREATH IN THE BRANCH

  For 3 years to date, I change the attention of said branch. My father used to go to that bank and to others in Castelar and Morón. Since the manager retired about 6 years ago, they have been changing until they reach the attention they give today. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I prefer other branches to this one a thousand times, even if they are farther away There are 5 ATMs. The one in the middle has a burnt keyboard from more than 4 years ago, which makes it swallow your card many times. The 5 cashiers are obsolete. The hygiene of the cubicle where they are is terrible

  Bad attention. They tend to random numbers. Zero kindness. Everyone with the cell phone (which is prohibited) and they didn't tell them anything!

  They do not answer the phones, they do not solve any problem, they frighten customers, in the branches of Morón and Castelar they have terrible attention
