::I tried to buy in November but there was no stock, they kept informing me but they never did, I contacted me again in February there was stock, I explained what my door was like and the saleswoman told me to buy it, then they would ask me for photos to be sure it would work and in 5 days they came to place it. They contacted me again to tell me that it could be installed without a problem, I asked if I needed any measures and they told me that it was not necessary, they called me after 5 days they came but the lock was not on the door, I lost my day of work, they were not done charged for their mistake and the only response was that I paid $7500 more for another lock. Perhaps the solution was to ask for an apology and share the extra since the mistake was not mine and I lost my working day, they gave me the money back but I don't have my lock. Too bad.
