  They don't answer the phones, you go to the branch and they ask you to manage everything through the app. You manage through the application and they do not authorize anything. Tremendous

  Never in the times that I have tried to communicate to request a medical service, have they attended to me. Something serious could be happening to one and these people do not care about anything
