  Everything is fine with the doctors, but the administrative staff are inattentive. Taking a turn is a mess. They make me feel annoyed every time I communicate. In person, they talk to each other while they have people in front of them. And by WhatsApp they don't read. What should be more agile is more complicated. They ask the same thing several times, it seems that it is handled by an older person with whom you cannot have a fluid conversation through the App.

  He has a WhatsApp number to which I communicated, I explained that I was in a hurry for a consultation, they tell me tomorrow at 5 there is a shift, they ask me for the data, they don't write me anymore. I write in the afternoon so that they confirm my shift and professional and I leave they say: “you are not signed up and there is no more shift”. It gave me a lot of anger because I really needed the consultation. In other words, they have no commitment to the patient and poor communication.
