  Very slow service - be prepared to wait and hunt down staff to order and pay. Two credit card machines have a hard time processing foreign chip credit cards. Ended up paying US cash equivalent. Two registers - one for the restaurant and one for the bar / takeaway coffee. You cannot pay for your coffee at the takeaway/ bar area if you are seated in the cafe. Great place to experience non existent service . Manager was sitting in the restaurant oblivious to customers waiting.

  Nothing special. I've been in several HRC in some different countries and this is the worst of them actually. With that said it's not a bad place, just not more than okay. The burgers where good, but the chips where undercooked. They had plastic cutlery also, which for me is a disappointment for a place like this. Their English is good though so if your Spanish isn't very good I can recommend this place, the staff is also very forthcoming.

  Refused to take credit card even though they had credit card machines anywhere. Forced to pay cash so ZERO tip. Let me pay by credit card and you would have gotten a tip. Guess that did not work out well for our multiple servers. Nice try though.

  I had the worst Cecar salad ever, it was basically a soup of greasy mayo and cheese where the green salad was soaked. Disgusting. The BBQ chicken wings did not appear to be BBQ, only soaked in some ketchup sauce. The chicken meet was pink, so not really cooked through. Would really not recommend anyone eating at Hard Rock Cafe Buenos Aires Airport.
