    I was there all day to communicate. I just managed to ask for a shift and they treated me very badly, whoever takes the shifts obviously isn't there for that because they don't feel like working. Shift granted to specialist Paton, 02-11 at 5:52 p.m.

    Very good attention from the reception, we were arriving later to the shift with the Pelegrina ear doctor and they accepted us to arrive a few minutes later! Very good attention from Dr. Pelegrina, he does not order studies that are not necessary, he only treats when necessary, I recommend the Hepta Center for the good attention we receive!!

    They gave me a shift for 7:10 p.m. for Dr. Pellegrino Guillermo, from the otorhinolaryngology specialty. They called me at 6:30 p.m. to ask me if I was going to the shift and I confirmed that I was traveling. 18.40 they called me to cancel the shift when we were 5 blocks away. I told him and they told me that the Dr couldn't wait for us when we were arriving long before the requested shift. A total lack of respect.

    Those at the reception have a terrible attention. I had to do a treatment which I needed to be accompanied. I interrupted my day and that of a family member to accompany me and when I was there I found out that the assigned shift they gave me was with a professional who did not cover my social work. They did not drop an apology, disaster and rude. It was not the first time that I had found the attention inefficient.
