  Worst car rental experience ever. First of all the received me by insinuating thst the rental was cancelled because i showed up 1h30 after the expected hour even though they i confimed the day before that I would pickup the car in tbe morning and that they weren't even able to honor the agreeed pickup hour of 7h am (they opened at 8am). Note that i reserved the car more than 2 months beforehandand the total price to pay at the pickup was 10% higher than what was signed ( they said the taxes weren't included even though the quoted price included all taxes and fees). After this great start the real fun begin. As I already had a complete insurance coverage for any rental car on my credit card, I declined the optional car insurance that they aggressively pushed. However, they then decided that I needed to given them a deposit of 400,000 ars (equivalent to USD$35,000) because I didn't took their insurance). Note that the car was hardlyour worth more than USD$8000. This is completely abusive. After more than 1.5h of my precious vacation time lost I had not other choice than to accept to pay for their ridiculous insurance even though I was already fully covered. The funniest part is that even with their insurance they required , deposit though much.smaller. I already booked with Hertz 3x in other locations worldwide and though I am used to their selling techniques on.the insurance I never experienced such a bad service.

  Great experience! Only car rental company that had an automatic transmission available.

  Absolutely great service from emanuel alzugaray from hertz airport office. This guy understands customer service. Even when we had problems because of bad weather. He helped us! Even during the weekend. This guy deserves a big thumbs up and recommendation!
