  I want to tell you something funny, this morning a very complete hamburger with fries arrived at my house by mistake, I waited an hour, nobody came to look for it and I ate it (it was delicious!!) But later I was guilty of not having paid for it, so I I called to find out what the price was and they told me not to worry that they would give it to me for being honest! I didn't know this restaurant and now they know that they won a new client not only because the hamburger was tremendous but also because I loved that they promote honesty, this situation amused me. Hold on guys!!

  As in any franchise over time the quality dropped a lot, I always asked in Villa Allende and they take a long time. The kids serving all dizzy, never the same people, a lot of staff turnover. On top of that I asked for a double and they gave me a simple one with raw bacon. That place looks like a rehabilitation center…

  Terrible attention from the manager of the Villa Allende premises. I showed a Payment that I made through the link that she sent me by wsp and they did not want to return the money. Last week I placed an order (delivery option whose service was active) through the app and I had to call to find out that they had no service that day. The girl who put the bag together for me when I went to get that order was collecting the garbage and without sanitizing herself, she handled all the food. A disaster, but the attitude and lack of respect of the manager was what bothered me the most.

  I really liked the food, the super large hamburger, very tasty, although the toppings are scarce. In my case I ordered with mushrooms and tomato and it came with a single slice of tomato and 4 small pieces of mushrooms, from then on more. I went with a vegan companion who was able to enjoy the vegetable medallions without cheese. Great service and beautiful place. It is only for take away although they have tables outside that you can use but they do not deliver to you on a tray, only in bags

  A place that I did not know, and a service that was also new to me. They have tables outside where you can eat what you buy, but it's a take-away service, so they don't give you a tray but rather a bag as if you were going home, this was a novelty for me. I tried one of the potato options, the Homies II, very abundant, very spicy for my taste, I let the person who served me know and they very kindly changed them for me. He suggested that I ask for it to be with less seasoning next time, I will surely do that. In any case, I think that it is something that they should give you as an option (soft, strong), even so, it seems to me that the way they gave me the second time I think is the right one, but it is my opinion. As for the time, in the first delivery it was a bit slow, they had a lot of people working and obviously a lot of orders for home delivery. The burgers were very, very tasty, my children and I loved them too. I will arrive at some point to ask you some questions with more time and to be more relaxed in terms of schedule.
