The advisor did not care about anything but to call our insurance company and get the refund. My dad is 88 years old, he really cares about his Honda Fit and he is a customer of yours since 2007. He almost had a serious heart problem as YOUR advisor treated our car as trash and had to take him to emergencies. Please tell your staff to be much more careful when dealing with people. Thank you.
