The treatment my dad received in that place for his last 15 days is inexplicable. Words fall short to thank him for the humane treatment they gave him when in other places they are just one more thing and that's it! I thank all the therapy staff, doctors, nurses, food delivery staff, cleaning staff and the girls from the administrative part! All my respect to you!

I have 2 negative experiences with my baby this summer that they did not want to attend to him because he did not have a very high fever according to them (at that time they only attended to all patients with symptoms of covid) and we had to go to the trauma that they treated him urgently there and I remain in observation a few hours. And the positive is the attention to my wife who was treated wonderfully by a Brazilian doctor. But it is a Russian roulette to go to public hospitals.

At 7:45 p.m. I go to the guard, do the pre-control, my symptoms? Vomiting, headache, body aches. In these 3 hours that I am here, they attended to people who came after me. A disaster, a bad organization.

On Tuesday 08/05 at approximately 8:00 p.m. I went with my brother to the hospital to the emergency room since I felt that he was short of breath and saturated low, the doctor on duty made insinuations that a medical check-up was not necessary by dispatching him in a bad way. Wednesday 08/06 my brother entered the emergency room at the Savio PDU due to lack of air where they had to put him on an IV with corticosteroids because his lungs were taken, I hope that everyone has a second chance like my brother and that on his way he does not find this doctor, not all of us can access private health and it's a shame that our lives depend on professionals like this!
