  Hace una hora que estoy colgada en el teléfono esperando ser atendida ya que siempre está ocupada la línea. Cuando faltaban 3 minutos para atender mi llamada comienzan a aumentar los minutos de espera . Es una falta de respeto.. Como es posible que un hospital tenga una sola línea. Cuando fui personalmente después de hacer la cola afuera un buen rato con tanto frío me dicen que tengo que llamar por teléfono
