::I called to reserve days before... I checked the internet (WiFi) and they told me that it was fine... I spent 3 days without internet... When I complained they told me that it was working... I took the room key. .. They never told me that they entered without my authorization when I returned on the 2nd day they had entered the room... They charge you for breakfast... On the 3rd day I had to take a shower with cold water... They did not give me a discount for the inattention pay by transfer compared to other hotel was cheaper.
