  They gave me a room on the ground floor, next to the reception, the stairs and the entrance door, with a window to the street. Unbearable constant noise. I asked for a change of room and they denied it to me since they claim that they do not have more available. The TV also has a broken screen and they gave me the excuse that "when it heats up it is solved". It's been on for more than an hour and it doesn't happen. The heating is insufficient and it is cold. It does not have air conditioning.

  For starters: always read other users' reviews before going somewhere. We got the older rooms apparently, mattresses sagging and bed boards felt. You couldn't flush the toilet. The door of my room DOES NOT WORK THE KEY, I had to sleep with a winged knife and lock it with a towel. Everything was literally falling apart (we wanted to open the closet and the door came out). They had booked us through booking so because of the dollar issue THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW MUCH TO CHARGE US (moral: booking no). It was much more expensive than other places with more amenities. It's.

  I got Room 111 and it was in very good condition. Good bathroom, excellent shower. Excellent attention at reception, good breakfast and very good garage. The only ugly thing is that in the morning the 3 cleaning girls were sitting on the stairs waiting for you to leave so they could enter. Quite awkward. The rest was correct!
