  I was inside the building for almost 20 minutes and no one answered me 🤷Ring the bell....Call the phone...🤷 I left and stayed in another hotel

  Horrible place, lack of maintenance in general. It is a hotel of more than 50 years without any maintenance. Horrible bathroom, leaking water, mold in the shower, dirty floor, etc. The worst of all was that at night (2 am), anyone came and went as if nothing had happened. WE OURSELVES had to pick up the key to the room to enter. Meanwhile, a man asleep on a mattress in the dining room. DEFICIENT!!

  Horrible very old rooms everything. The bathroom was falling apart. We went with my husband at the beginning of July. Darío, the concierge, was rude. He didn't even open the door to leave us. We left at night and nobody found out. I don't recommend it.

  It is a spectacular place, attention to the moment, breakfast from 8 to 10 very rich and filling. I recommend it 100%
