::The first time I went, at the reception they explained to me and they treated me kindly, the bad thing is many things, the issue of the security of the doors, something that I did not understand at first the employee who explained it very rude when expressing herself, a lot of noise, of employees talking and laughing, the bathrooms did not have a roof for the garbage, there was not at least one blanket to cover us so we were cold, bad for the first time!

::The truth is very good experience to be the first time. The receptionist very kind and patient when paying and explaining to us. The single room is very good. We were without electricity for about 20 minutes because we didn't know that we had to put the lock on it so that everything would be enabled until they told us. Comfortable accessible and has everything you need for a telo we find everything clean
