  We were 11 days all very well. We stayed in the old part of the hotel. The room was simple, neat and comfortable, everything worked, hot water, air conditioning, TV, daily room service. The breakfast very rich varied between salty and sweet. The common spaces are very comfortable. The beautiful outdoor pool is enjoyed throughout the sector and the relaxing indoor pool. It has a covered and covered garage sector that is free. The bathrooms in the Spa sector are excellent. All the hotel staff are willing to attend to the needs of the guests. Our experience at the hotel was very good.

  They charge you for hot water for the mate and when I asked for it, they filled me half a thermos and with a very bad vibe. The people who attend you to check in or check out are less cool than a tin flag. The door of the room that touched me (102) creaked like the door from a horror movie. The sink spout was loose. The shower grate was loose. The air conditioning was not cool enough. There is no wifi in the room, or the signal does not reach. The game room is very nice but you have to pay for all the games. I would like to highlight the swimming pool, both the outdoor one and the heated one, and the staff who serve breakfast, very, very attentive, they could serve the hotel better than the people who are there for that.

  It is a hotel with potential due to its infrastructure and its location. The staff is very friendly 😉 Some places lack deep cleaning, although it is clean. The outdoor pool with very little water, possibly due to the drought in this entire mountain area. The food service leaves a lot to be desired. There are no options for people who cannot eat the dish of the day and no healthy breakfast either. The coffee very watery. A pity because it has everything to be among the best rest proposals.

  The location is very good, in front of the terminal and 3 blocks from the center. The attention of the employees is very good, very friendly! The rooms are old but very clean, comfortable, with fan and air conditioning. The common spaces are also very comfortable, the outdoor pool lacked water, perhaps due to the time of year. I liked that there were several spaces to sit and enjoy. The breakfast was very poor (I clarify that I went on an excursion) there was nothing healthy, they could opt for healthier options even with a low budget. I recommend it!

  The stay was good, without being outstanding. I'm going to do a review as honest as possible. The Bad: The morning janitor had a palpable bad vibe to begin with, but then he got over it. I imagine it will be the stress of attending to the public. Checking in at 2:00 p.m. seems like a joke to me, if you come from far away you can't enter until 11:00 a.m., keep that in mind. Let's move on to the room: although they keep it clean, it's unpretentious, they change the towels every day and the sheets every other day, the bed is made for you, they don't put it together, the bathroom was impeccably clean, everything worked fine but no take a long shower because they are flooded, hot water came out at all times and with a good jet. The room had air conditioning, the TV was an acceptable size, the bed had an old mattress (no box spring) and the closet had enough space to store clothes. Difficult to access sockets. The hotel itself looks clean with somewhat old furniture. The good: they respected the agreed price; the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, the heated pool, although it was not super hot, the temperature was fine, with clean water and long jets that calm you down after walking all day. It has an outdoor pool but since it is spring it is not yet enabled. The breakfast is varied, it is rich without great pretensions but go early because retirees destroy everything. There is no lunch, only breakfast. And finally the location, that's why I chose it... the terminal is across the street, 3 blocks from the center and 2 from the Milo cafe (go have a lavish breakfast for 500p), 2 or 3 blocks from the Costanera, everything is close. I would go back, but keep in mind about the mattresses if you like to rest well, otherwise ask beforehand.
