  From the outside it looks nice but the rooms are very worn down. It looks like a transient shelter from 20 years ago. You can hear everything that happens in the corridors, the staff doesn't take that into account and they speak without lowering their voices. The attention is good as well as the breakfast but they should have a big renovation work in the rooms that depress and the main thing is the little privacy they generate. I repeat, you can hear everything that happens in the corridors.

  We stayed 1 night to rest and continue the trip the next day. It did the job for that purpose and was comfortable in that regard. Price-quality ratio is fine. Very rich and complete breakfast. The room was small, the shower water was cold (you had to wait a long time). Impeccable staff service. Although we did not get into the pool, it seemed to me the most beautiful space!

  Great service 👍 everyone very helpful twisted my uncle walking around santiago they offer to call a doctor to come check me at hotel .also where very accommodating to vegetarian menu .

  Clean rooms, hot showers - bad restaurant.
