  No coffee or a kettle in the rooms to make coffee in the evenings or mornings. Great location centrally, walking distance to most places.

  Today I have visited NH City - Buenos Aires. It is a lie that the hotel is wonderful, it does not deserve the four stars. The rooms are not nice, everything is old, including the bathrobes. The 12th floor (where the sauna and the outdoor pool are) does not have personal to ask for help and is dirty as hell. I have also visited the sauna - it is awful. I had to stay at least an hour to feel the heat, so I conclude that is a very old system. You can not ask for hot water to drink tea and there is no slippers. There is no jacuzzi and no indoor pool. Personnel was nice even though. If you are visiting Buenos Aires, DO NOT STAY IN NH CITY - BUENOS AIRES. IT IS AWFUL, THE PRICE FOR A NIGHT IS VERY HIGH AND DOES NOT DESERVE 4 STARS.

  One night stay during a layover on Election day. Pleasantly surprised as this hotel more than exceeded my expectations from a free voucher given to us by the airport.

  Good location, beautiful hotel with nice amenities. The only problem was the Staff, they are really rude, taciturn and not really helpful. A smile could make a huge difference, should try it.

  2 nights stay. Excellent city location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Would stay again.
