  I stayed for a couple days when I first landed and a couple days before I left. Great decision because I was able to decompress comfortably both times. The service is amazing there and everybody is exceptionally helpful. I got a few good local recommendations for food and sights while I was there. I visited in the off season and still got top notch service. Do yourself a favor and get a view of the lake. Totally worth it.

  The Panamericano Hotel in Bariloche is newly part of the Marriott family of hotels. A fantastic location with beautiful view of the lake. We felt greatly taken care of and did appreciate the overwhelmingly friendly hotel staff. We would like to give our special appreciation to Ms. Clara from the front desk. She was very helpful, assertive and resourceful. She did make our trip special with providing great information and support and, of course, the birthday cake for our daughter Rosemarie was a very memorable gift! We like to thank her specifically. The hotel provides a fantastic gateway to Patagonia, hiking and day trips. Restaurants are within easy walking distance and shopping outdoor grear is steps away. The rooms have wonderful lake views. We will stay in the hotel again.

  Staff was kind. Rooms show their age. No air conditioning in the rooms. One window to and the blinds have to stay open for air flow. Rooms on back side of building have to listen to cars and garbage trucks plus very late night noise from hostel and other establishment across the street. Our experience was warm and noisy rooms that you are unable to make dark. We moved rooms from 8th floor to 11th that minimized light issue but not warmth and noise. Disappointed for being a Marriott. All pool and spa facilities are still closed.

  Just checked into the PanAmericano. I was worried about our stay based on the mixed reviews but it has worked out well. Thanks to Sophia for a warm welcome and check in. So far the hotel and room is living up to our expectations of a Marriott stay - hassle free comfort. Kudos to Sophia for her excellent customer service!
