  The rooms are excellent! The maids are all very attentive, applause for them! They are the ones with the hardest work.. I would go back to the hotel...it has a fridge that is very good...don't take it out!!🙏😊 And the one who criticizes the maids has not the slightest idea what it is to do this job... applause for them !!! that each one is in their place of work.... 😊 I will be back I have no doubt!!!

  Very bad, and I will never stay or recommend such place. I understood that there was not hot water they were in the process of fixing. Next day still was not hot water I also went o request the change of my sheets since they have holes (I took pictures). The girl at the front desk kept chatting on her phone and when I insisted she listen to me, she started screaming with "down yell at me!!" I WAS NOT YELLING!!!. Is this a new practice at the hotel???.....people in Rafaela told me yes, most of the time the girl calls the police and you THE CUSTOMER get in trouble. I told her I was moving out and charged me only one day. She did not do that and charged me the whole original 4 days!!! Please be aware of this place....what happened? I stayed before but NOT ANY MORE!!!! This place is a scam......bring your own sheets
