  Attention quite good. The beautiful property (lack of maintenance of the games for children). The paddle court could be used, but with little maintenance. Part of the parking lot (the one at the front of the complex) is partially shaded; There is no problem because of this because it protects against a hailstorm (which we had), but some cars were left in the place without half a shade because it was broken. We were in the cabins upstairs (very close to the barbecue area): they lack cleaning and a lot, a lot of maintenance. The torn blankets, the kitchen with some smell of gas when using it, the cutlery was a mix of all the cabins, a sponge or something similar was missing to be able to wash the dishes. Basic breakfast, but fine. I put 2 stars because 6 of them were "somewhat" better (the ones in pairs) and quite well located (by car near the downtown area). One of the cabins (No. 10) was charged very, very expensive and had no hot water. The person who hired came at the last minute and was charged $ 18,000 a night (more than double that if he hired a week before). They took advantage of the situation as it was a very busy weekend.

  Excellent point in the city, 5 minutes from the center but at the same time away from all the movement of people. Comfortable cabins that include room service, very friendly and caring attention.

  Beautiful place. I especially love the view it has. At night even more, you can see the lights of the entire Villa. I recommend it. Always clean and good service

  The hotel is horrible, the water comes out brown, the service is lousy, to cross the road, super dangerous, the jacuzzi was dirty, under the solarium I saw a huge pool of stagnant water hiding.... I really don't recommend it at all.
