::We stayed for four nights at this hotel and from the pictures it seems all great. Unfortunately we have to confirm that the prices are far too high for the standard we encountered. The hotel is very poor maintained. Our room had a leak and water came in from the roof. The floor of the pools are broken (the little tiles are spread all over the area). The water at the children's pool was freezing cold and the floor only partially cleaned why some places inside the pool were very slippery. Nobody was much concerned in helping out with the leak. They waited until the rain was over and mentioned then, that the problem is solved. We also confirm that waiting for food at dinnertime takes too long and the pool gets crowded as the guests from the city hotel are allowed to use it too. The two stars we give are for the child care at dinnertime and the Spa.
