For this they disabled a Visa card that I have with HSBC and this last account is up to date. I have direct debit payments and they are cutting my services. I am up to date with payments as always. I request help with the subject. I approached the bank x nor can I enter my Home Office. And he tells me that I owe money for a renewal that I do not know. That is why they disqualify me. But they did not solve anything.
