  The branch is in a decrepit state. Customer service is lousy. They attended me personally and answered calls, they stayed talking in front of me while I waited for them to chat on the phone. It happened 3 times until I got up and left. A serious lack of professionalism. So I have several examples. In these months I return to my former bank. I do not recommend HSBC to anyone.

  A disaster the management of the bank in general (not the branch) summaries do not arrive, pay twice with automatic debit and it takes months to return the money, it takes time to credit the payment of the cards. They don't answer on the phone. They do not respect bank promotions. I've had an Itaú account for years and I've never had a problem. I do not recommend HSBC.

  The only time I went to the cash register was fast and friendly.
