  A month ago I was an advance customer and they answered me within the minute of making the call. Today they do not answer me even the emails.

  I wanted to make a transfer and a week has passed and it has not been credited. And NOBODY answers by any means when I ask what happens (no phone, no contact form, no social media, nothing ...)

  The bank as such, excellent, customer service ... Terrible! I went today and was attended by a woman in the 12th position, she didn't stop looking at the computer, anything she was going to say was constantly interrupting me, ZERO empathy, it's fine that the client doesn't have a choice, but there are ways of saying things , I think it would have been better if you had been a robot.

  Stopped in to use the ATM. I started using it and was ask Pesos or Dollars. I selected dollars and was shut down. Maximum pesos at this location is 2000$. which is $54.79 US Dollars. Fee 385$ which is $10.54 US Dollars so total cost $65.34. The post office charged me 2185$ for 14 postcards to USA. So back to ATM. A 5000$ OR 10000$ for tourist will produce more tourist income.
