::Shame, send a letter that you are late for a credit, they do not explain you, call the collection center they tell you that you are up to date that is a mistake, (this 2 times, last year) today I know you are in VERAZ, because of the delay, you call them and they tell you that you are up to date, and you call the hello center and they tell you that you are late ..... agree or it is on purpose to generate interest and shirk the credit behavior !!!
