  Shameful, the attention, the bad judgment used by the branch, does not allow deposits of more than 200,000 pesos per box, they tell you to do it through the machines, with the low denomination bills that circulate it is totally tedious. It's nice to see how they spend lots of money on advertising and with actions like this they discourage anyone who thinks about opening an account. Congratulations Parana branch.

  I was a user of that bank's visa card and without problems, they offered me a rewarded Mastercard and I accepted it in case I needed it, I got the annual renewal fee, I claimed the bonus but they only rewarded me two of the three installments, the third was dragging interest. I made the corresponding claims and nothing, I canceled the two cards but I was classified as a "medium risk" debtor in BCRA even after having paid the total debt and in the branch. I do not recommend it, it is not clear with the products it offers and they do not attend to claims as it should. In the Paraná Entre Ríos branch they do not answer the phones either. I add that at the branch, the entity's accountant communicated to me, online at the cash register, that they would refund the amount wrongly paid and nothing either. When the collections department calls you from Buenos Aires, it seems that they are not aware of the products that they are claiming, or the situation in which you find yourself or how you should pay them. Total disaster.

  They do not answer the phone, they added 5 insurances that I never contracted. They did not make the corresponding debits of the cards and therefore, I have to pay them with a 40% surcharge. And the codes that they give you every time you process something do not serve you because they are INVENTED and it is not registered.

  Before the pandemic they took good care of you, now I don't know what's wrong with them !!! .. tired of calling ... they don't answer you, shifts are never available .. I need to know the status of my account and you go there without a turn and the guard kicks you out .... it costs him nothing to fix it and give you everything written down on a paper ... and I'll wait for him outside without any problem .... really terrible 👎
