  Terrible attention from V. Ballester's icbc bank. I went a week ago and it took them 25 minutes to attend when the other employees at the desks are having coffee. Today I went again and they did not let me withdraw money by box. New rule that change in a week. Even though I insisted to the cashier. A shame. I have been a customer for 13 years. With everything that the banks collected by refinancing debts in a pandemic. So much so that it cannot even appear in the balance sheets.

  What a fourth class bank, they just closed the door in my face at 3:00 p.m. and they didn't let me deposit a check in the ATM area.
