Random, sometimes good, and others not so much, you have to consult the horoscope before. But today I did well, without stress

Many branches are terrible, they all treat you badly, very badly on Avenida Rolon SAN ISIDRO, the receptionist doesn't even want to, the cashier treats you as if they were doing you a favor, I'm not going to look for friends, but without a word

Dear ICBC, I am writing to express my annoyance and complaint about the lousy attention, or rather the lack of attention from your San Isidro branch on Chacabuco street. On the day of the date I went to said branch to carry out an operation in the ATMs/self-service. I found myself with the door closed, without any sign and with no one to consult. I swiped my card through the reader to open the door 3 times, and it didn't open. I was standing in front of the door for 20 minutes before the sporadic gaze of the guard and two employees who peeked in front of the metal mesh to whom I signaled to come closer in order to ask them why it was closed. They didn't even give me a five of importance, they flatly ignored me and it's not that they didn't see me, they saw me clearly just like my sign. I turned to see if there was a sign on the door that said something in relation to why it was closed and there was nothing. Of course, there were 3 or 4 paper posters with measures for COVID, which leave much to be desired for a bank of your category. The bakery on the corner of my house has better signage than the bank door, which is disgusting to touch. What there are are two posters with self-adhesive letters with the opening hours, and one where it clearly says that the lobby is open 24 hours every day, which is obviously not true. There is also the telephone number of the branch, which I called 4 times without success. Nobody answers the phones, nobody answers the exclusive banking option, nobody answers other queries, nobody answers individual banking. A disaster. I then contacted 0800 where they attended me correctly and they took my complaint, but they could not put me through to the branch and they told me that they had no way of communicating with them, which if so is very rare, but well I am beginning to realize that everything is possible. Finally, as a vehicle was coming out of the garage, the guard came out, the same one who was looking at me from behind the mesh to whom I got tired of waving, and I asked him to call the manager. I waited for him for 10 minutes and no one came back. The truth is that the experience in that branch is REGRETABLE. It happened to me on other occasions both to me and to my wife. The attention and treatment is horrible. What is the use of being exclusive banking? I am a relatively new client with ICBC, I also have an account at HSBC and I opened it with you precisely because of similar problems with HSBC. I see that it is a chronic problem of the Argentine retail banking system. Everything I tell you here you will be able to check on my recording of my call to 0800 as well as on the security cameras of the branch, or even better go any day as customers and see it, or try to get them to answer the phone. I hope this email is of some use to you to improve the attention of this branch, (the Unicenter branch where I have my account) works much better. Better. I will appreciate if you kindly give me an answer accordingly. Sincerely,

At the end of January I went to make a consultation, after the consultation, the guy at the reception offers me a supposed "benefit" of not paying for the renewal of my Visa plastic, according to him, since I have been part of the Bank for years, it corresponded to me, I tell him that yes, after asking him some questions about it, he makes me sign some papers, weeks later I receive three cards (international visa, Master, debit and he opened an account in pesos and one in dollars), on 06/17 I take a turn for 10AM to make the claim at the same branch (suc 0921) where a woman attends me in Box 8, very rude, hysterical, I calculate it must be due to the pandemic, where she did not listen to my claim, according to what she said, which was it my claim? since for 6 months I was not charged anything (I want to clarify that I never accepted a package, I was offered a benefit of not paying for the renewal of the Visa plastic). Please, ICBC, hire people who are trained to serve the public, especially that they do not lie, that they do not mistreat people, that if there was an error, explain how it corresponds, kindness is a gift that this lady does not have and therefore I see that he is not interested in using it, at least NOT at the ICBC Bank that he represents, before me he attended a woman of about 80 years of age or older where she was dispatched in a frightening way. Horrible attention in this branch (San Isidro 0921)

This branch, like all branches, is full of problems, it is very conflictive, not recommended at all, only for retirees with time to spare. 1- You have nowhere to park, in the parking lot for clients they do not let you, just like the bathroom. 2- The ATMs are always without money, they don't work or they close them directly. 3- They close the lobby 24. (ATMs) during the afternoon until 5:00 p.m. 4- They take more than 50 minutes to serve you at the checkouts. It is the anti-bank ...... not recommended for people who need agility with the bank. 6- Nobody answers you by phone if you don't have your phone code, you have to get it by going to an ATM and taking it out there, and it expires every 2 months, by the time you realized it, it expired and you can't do anything. THE WORST BANK THERE IS, DOESN'T GIVE YOU ANYTHING, AND IN ORDER TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING, IT ASKS YOU FOR BLOOD ANALYSIS...!!!!!!!!!
