No atienen el teléfono,no se dan cuenta que no todos podemos ir hasta allá,teniendo chicos enfermos,antes atendían y era más cómodo,si es mucho trabajo pongan dos secretarias..

They don't answer the phone but when you're there in line to take a turn they personally leave you waiting to answer the phone.

Excellent attention but when taking shifts it is quite complicated. They could incorporate exclusive staff for shifts or allow them to be taken out by mail or whatsapp.
