::I don't usually rate it so low simply because I don't like it, I prefer not to leave a rating but in this case I think it's necessary. I accompanied my mother and she was treated by Dr. Guzman, the first time in my life that I see a cardiologist not take the blood pressure of a patient diagnosed as hypertensive during a consultation. He didn't weigh her either but told her that she had to lose 5 kg and finally did a physical check-up as not wanting to touch her in addition to maintaining an indifferent attitude throughout the consultation. My mother is a member of Apross and I know that the doctors are stopping attending that social work because of the little they pay for the consultations, but in the end, the members are not to blame and it seems very unprofessional to mistreat patients for problems that they they have nothing to do. We had not had such a bad experience the previous opportunities that my mother attended here but after what we lived we will never return.

::I wouldn't even give it one star. Secretaries are not qualified to deal with people in medical situations where empathy and logic are needed. The institute has a follow-up protocol for patients undergoing surgery that is horrible, illogical and inhumane. It does not take into account the importance of accompanying the patient and the tranquility of their relatives. They continue to use the pandemic as an excuse to cover up arbitrary decisions. It is the kind of look at the power relationship between institutions and patients that must disappear.
