::Terrible attention, the doctor did not want to give me a more specific medical report than the one sent by watshap in a group only where the administrator writes. I went to look for him on the second day of hospitalization and he told me that he already told me everything in writing. On the 3rd day my grandmother suffered a strike, I went to look for her and there was no answer, after a while they informed me by message that my grandmother passed away. (After my grandmother died the next day I went to the hospital to request the medical history and the person who treated me told me that the doctor was waiting for me to speak, now he was available...). stretcher bearers do not treat elderly people with dignity (in my case) one of them treated me crazy for telling him if he could be more delicate since he was an elderly person... the service is lousy my grandmother arrived by transfer from June and no one was waiting for us, I was asking where the doctor, the nurse, a stretcher-bearer is to help me I spent more than 5 minutes with my grandmother at the duty station shouting because I needed oxygen and urgent care... (knowing that an older patient is coming with covid because the waiting protocol is not prepared) They told me by watshap that my grandmother needed a central line to buy it in administration and take it up to the 3rd floor. Only cash... they didn't want to give me an invoice... the administration told me if you want a ticket, go to the pharmacy). I do not understand why they did not place it and they charged me later without waiting for me to go there (it seems that it is for an economic purpose). When my grandmother passed away, I did not receive a call, only a WhatsApp message saying that she did not resist the maneuvers carried out and asking me to go to the administration office to fill out the paperwork... They denied me a medical record telling me that it takes from 7 to 15 days... being information that anyone can request and by law You can request your medical record at any time. They must give you a copy of your medical record within 48 hours of when you ask for it. It has to be authenticated by the authority of the clinic. If it is an emergency, they have to give it to you within 48 hours. Law 26,529 Rights of the patient, clinical history and informed consent, Art. 14. I showed up the next day to talk to the manager, I was attended by a woman with whom I had an exchange of words and they refused to give me the hc. Until I name what law and article that endorses me... and they ended up giving me the medical history on the spot...
