We arrived early and sat at the bar. Nice looking bar. American diner style. At the bar the service was fine because we were right in their faces. When we ordered food we asked to move to a table. About 30 minutes later the same girl came back and asked if we'd ordered! We have her the order again. Food arrived maybe after 1 hour 15 minutes. She apologised, but still.

After being taken to a table outside where we were assured the heaters were working (they weren't), we requested we move to a table inside, when a miserable looking waitress who obviously didn't like the look of us said no, despite the fact it was completely empty. At this point, I normally would have walked out, but my friend really wanted to eat here. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, and the food took even longer.I had ordered chicken quesadillas (as simple as they sound, chicken, cheese and tortilla), but they arrived without cheese, and barely warm. After informing them of this, it took ten minutes for a pot of awful-looking cream cheese (?) to arrive, by which point my food was completely cold. Again, cheese and warm food was requested, which led to a pot of even more unappetising 'nacho cheese' to be placed in front of me, after another ten minute wait. At this point I lost my patience and asked to speak to a manager (this didn't happen), and after requesting fresh, HOT food with the correct ingredients, my meal was eventually taken away, had some cheese stuffed into it, and reheated under the grill; thus burning the paltry serving of guacamole onto the tortilla and rendering them even more inedible. I gave up at this point, and just ate the contents of the bread basket. Terrible service from start to finish, and a cook that struggles with three-ingredient meals from a Hard Rock Cafe rip-off. Stay at home instead
